Required Skills
Assistant Manager
This individual will be in charge of the store when the General Manager is away. Duties include overseeing restaurant workers, keeping cases stocked with food, counting register drawers, making daily bank deposit, opening, and closing the restaurant.
Two to five years of management experience, good communication and listening skills, the ability to relate to and please customers, and a good employment background.
Sandwich Artist
The designer of all sandwiches, which includes slicing the deli meat and cheese, cutting tomatoes and lettuce, and applying the perfect amount of mayonnaise.
Six months to a year of work experience, good hand-eye coordination, excellent creativity and communication skills.
Cashier
This is the forerunner of the restaurant, and the person that is most involved with the public. Duties include operating a register, handling all business transactions, pleasing customers, and keeping the storefront clean.
Six months or more experience operating a cash register or handling money, excellent customer service skills, and cleaning skills.
Baked Goods Artist
This individual designs the baked goods, including doughnuts, muffins, and bagels. Not only will you be doing general baking, but the decoration of doughnuts is a creative outlet. You will also be required to create new food items.
Baking experience of at least 2 years, good creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work well with others.
Coffee Master
All coffee is ground and brewed by the coffee master. Duties include keeping coffee beans fresh, grinding whole beans to perfection, and brewing coffee to Jill's standards.
Six months or more experience working with kitchen equipment, preferably coffee grinders and makers, the ability to work well with others, and flexibilty.
